Each performance is accompanied by a unique poster, characterised by the specific 'Stage Typography' design. The same criterion is applied to the posters that will identify the operas making up the Verdi Festival, but in inverted tones. In this case, the background colour, as previously mentioned, is blue, and the lettering is golden yellow. For the Verdi Festival, we created a second supporting poster for each opera, forming a diptych. This second poster features a well-known quotation from the opera's libretto, effectively bringing its literary dimension out of the theatre. It is important to remember that the theme of these creations, in the past, had the character of a popular narrative, concerned with lived life and, in many respects, in this way, precisely emancipated from artistic representation.
